What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool?

Hi, I'm 21 years old and I feel difficulty when passing a stool, it has been on and off for about 2 months and jut over the last few days, slightly worse. Bit of an ache around the anus too but feels a bit deeper. Also have diarrea but have been very stressed over the last few days. No family history of cancer either.

Maybe you had a constipation. This thing can be influenced by many factors, like the influence of lifestyle and psychological such as lack of drinking, lack of fiber, lack of exercise, ignore the urge to pass a stool. The other thing is anxiety, depression, and stress; side effects of certain drugs; disorders of the colon (tumor); blockage of the large intestine, etc. Try to drink at least 2 liters of water every day and consume more vegetables and fruits. Try to do some exercises. If these suggestions already taken and you still difficult to defecate, you should consult your doctor for further examination.
