What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Blurred Vision During Exercise?

I was in gym class today and it got hard to breathe for 2 seconds, then my vision got all blurry kinda like when you stand up too fast and you see dots, that happened and then my heart started beating extremely fast, like as if I were to have run 3 miles no stopping.. This is the 4th time it s happened and I m only 15.. I wasn t even doing anything either just standing up all I did was dodge a dodge ball, no major working out of my body

I have gone thru your query regarding difficulty in breathing and blurred vision during exercise . It is no doubt a matter of concérn .
You should at once lie down and relax , Taking lemon juice in a glass of water , aspoon of sugar and pinch of salt and black pepper will give instant energy .
When You are starting exercise all of a sudden without any warming up ,
you experience such unpleasent symptoms . There can be other factors also which cause such symptoms as , state of fevér ,lack of sleep ,lack of energy dehyderation, anemia etc., and lack of regular physical activity .

IWould like to suggest you to get youself checked up thourougly by medical specialist and get treatment accordingly .
Meanwhile ,take all essential nutrients in your diet including vitamins , minerals , fiber and antioxidants to boost your immunity which gaurds you
against diseases .
If you intend to do exercise ,You should do some warming up with consent of your doctor before starting wokouts ,
Avoiding food that is high in saturated or trans-fats like fried , fast foods , refined sugars and fine floor prducts , tea , coffee , alcohol , sleeplessness , dehyderation , constipation .worry ,stress all induce toxins in your body .
