Hello I am 24 days late on my menstrual cycle. I have been on a 34 day cycle the last 3 months. My last period was June 24th. I have taken a urine pregnancy test came back negative. I can t sleep on my stomach it bugs! I feel like am about to start yet I feel pregnant as well. Nausea and headaches some light dizziness. What could it be? On April my menstrual cycle was 34 days, on may it was 20 then in June it was 34 days
I can understand your concern. You surely have very irregular and unreasonably long menstrual cycles that cannot be ignored. Have you been examined by gynecologist and been through investigations yet?
There might be more than one reasons for such cycles such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infection of the uterus/ovaries, presence of some tumor etc. You should consult a gynecologist and go for investigations regarding this. You may have to go for blood tests and sonography for diagnosis. Based on the test results, therapy can be advised and initiated. You might have to take Tranexamic acid tablets and iron replacement therapy, too.
