Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of some breakthrough bleeding perhaps due to a temporary hormone disturbance. This can happen with sudden weight disturbances, stress, infections, certain medications and hormone imbalances created by polycystic ovaries etc. Please see a specialist for a complete evaluation, a hormone profile, blood counts, urinalysis, trans-vaginal sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy. Further management can be planned after evaluation. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
