What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

I had taken cycloreg tablet twica a day for three consecutive days.( july 31st, aug 1st and 2 nd). My menstrual cycle was regular before marriage. I am not pregnant. I did not get periods for three-and-a-half months and doctor prescribed me the cycloreg tablets. I want to know after how many days does the bleeding starts? I am worried as four days over n bleeding has not started. Please reply....

I understand your concern
Following are the cause of delayed period other than the pregnancy:
Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, excessive stress, excessive weight loss/gain, change in the dietary habit, thyroid dysfunction.

Cycloreg is used to induce the period in hormonal imbalance.
Period will come 4-6 days (maximum after 10 days) after the stopping the drug.
If period will not come then,
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, USG scan ovarian follicle study to rule out the above cause.
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise, drink plenty of water.
