What Causes Cyst Inside Nose?

ive got a cyst inside roof of my mouth behind front teeth -iam having surgery to have it removed in feburay next year -but today about 3hrs ago the cyst popped a bit behind my nose as i heard a pop as the cyst is also behind my nose inside should i contact a docter straight away about this as i dont no what to do -i do have a slight headache my age is 33yrs i weigth is 9stone

This could be nasopalatine cyst which extends from palate to floor of nose.These cysts are known to enlarge during cold/flu.No need to worry.
