Hello,
The hormones released while having an intercourse can sometimes lead to such cramps. Bleeding though, is uncommon and needs to be investigated. Please have a pelvic examination conducted by a specialist and get a pap smear, vaginal swab and a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude any pathology. If everything is fine, this bleeding could also be related to the high hormone release during the act. Rough intercourse also can cause such bleeding. Hope this helps.
