What Causes Cramps Under The Left Breasts After Running?

I went for a run and my second mile I experienced really bad cramping/pain a lot higher than my usual running cramps. it was right under my left breast.. closer to the middle of my body in my left lung. I had to stop running and then the next morning I woke up with bruises where my cramp was. Please explain

Hi,

As mentioned in history what I can understand is your pectoral muscle in that area is losing much sodium via the sweat and also due to clothing there are brusihes because of friction.

Having more water while performing exercise and some lemon juice with added salt and sugar should help. Please keep the clothing a bit firm.
