What Causes Cramping And Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hello my name is Brittany & I just found out I was pregnant Thursday by taking a pregnancy test.I calculated on the internet that I was about 4 weeks. From Friday until today I have been having abdominal pain.Saturday it was more like cramping & today its the normal pain & when I move it gets worse .I just wanted to know What does it mean & what should I do?

Pain abdomen during pregnancy has to be investigated thoroughly. Some of the reasons for pain are,
a. Urinary tract infection
b. Pelvic inflammatory disease
c. Colitis
d. Renal/ureteric stone etc
e. Enteritis
So, please send details of pain like site, any radiation and associated symptoms for further suggestions.
