What Causes Cracks On Skin Around The Base Of Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?
Hi there.
I am an 18 year old male who has recently had some problems around the base of my penis? At first the skin around the base appeared cracked and if stretched looked like small cuts. I applied some E45 cream to it which appeared to help, but now the skin almost looks like it was burnt? If it helps I had unprotected sex about 2-3 weeks ago?

Get your blood test done for HIV and VDRL.Take lot of fluid.Apply local antifungal,antibiotic and softing gel
