Hi,

The symptoms you are describing, including a crackling sound and pain in the ears when swallowing, along with throat swelling, may indicate an ear or throat infection. It is also possible that you have Eustachian tube dysfunction, which can cause these symptoms. The pain in the head when pressing with fingers and mild pain behind the neck while bending may be related to tension headaches or muscle strain. Difficulty in remembering things could be due to stress, anxiety, or lack of concentration.

I would suggest consulting an ENT specialist who can examine your ears and throat and suggest appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics or decongestants. It would be helpful to keep a record of your symptoms, such as when they occur, their severity, and any triggers. You should also inform your doctor about your history of dermatographism.

In the meantime, you can try to relieve the symptoms by drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding exposure to cigarette smoke or other irritants, using a humidifier to keep the air moist, and practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation to reduce stress and anxiety.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing may be due to various reasons. The crackling sound in your ears while swallowing and pain in your ears could be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction, which can occur due to an infection, allergy, or sinus problems. The swelling in your throat could be due to an allergic reaction or an infection. The pain in your head, and neck, and forgetfulness could be due to stress or tension.

It is important to consult an ENT specialist for a thorough evaluation of your symptoms. They may recommend some tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. Treatment may include antibiotics, decongestants, antihistamines, or other medications as necessary. You may also be advised to make certain lifestyle changes such as avoiding exposure to allergens or irritants, maintaining good sleep hygiene, and reducing stress through relaxation techniques or counseling.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
