General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear,
thanks for writing to HCM.
ALL the symptoms mentioned by you are suggestive of possible rhinitis which is very much common in children. blood clot is due to mucus crusts or due to atrophied mucosa.
for treatment use antihistaminics like chlor pheniramine along with paracetamol tablet. if nose is blocked nasal saline drops or xylometazoline drops may be used.
cough suppresant will be helpful and antibiotic like amoxicillin can be used .
if it continues i suggest you to visit a pediatrician for check up.
thanks
