General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, constant tiredness and drowsiness with adequate rest and sleep may be in concern with:
- Thyroid disorder as hypothyroid disturbances
- Low hemoglobin
- Central nervous system related disturbances with neuro transmitters as dopamine, serotonin or others

However, a detailed history, physical examination and supportive data facts of laboratory, radiology are needed to be evaluated for the final cause and decide plan of action sa per the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
