What Causes Constant Tiredness And Drowsiness?

'm always tired. I slept 9 hours last night, then around 2 I felt really tired so I took a nap and ended up sleeping for 3 hours. Then around 9 I started feeling like I haven't slept in days. I don't drink a lot of caffeine, and I don't really eat a lot, so I can't understand what would be causing it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear thanks for the question.

Tiredness for one odd day may not be so significant but since you always feel so, if I were your treating doctor I would have done a blood work up for anaemia (low haemoglobin) and infections, thyroid work up for hypothyroidism (reduced functioning), liver function test . Depending on those results I would have given treatment.

I would like to advise you to visit a general physician in your area and under go examination. Till than improve on your fluid intake, increase fruit intake, no to alcohol, start morning exercises, be happy.

I hope I have clarified your queries. I would love to reply follow up queries. Rate my reply. I wish you good health. Thank you.
