What Causes Constant Feeling Of Fullness In Stomach And Stomach Pain?

I have sour smelling poop regularly. I have a constant feeling of fullness in stomach, colon. Almost like a dull stomach ache, Sometimes I have trouble going to the bathroom. Im also being treating for acid reflux and am taking 60mg Dexilant for that and 1gm Sulcralfate and 10mg Dicyclomine to spasms. Any advice?
