Hi,

Constant abdominal pain and vaginal discharge can be caused by various conditions. Given your medical history and symptoms, some possible causes may include:
* Infection: A bacterial or fungal infection in the urinary tract, vagina, or bowel can cause abdominal pain and vaginal discharge.
* Inflammatory bowel disease: Conditions like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding.
* Adhesions: Scar tissue from previous surgeries can cause abdominal pain and discomfort.
* Vaginal mesh complications: Complications from vaginal mesh surgery can cause chronic pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, and discomfort.
* Cancer: Recurrence of bladder cancer or other types of cancer can cause abdominal pain and vaginal discharge.

Seek medical help for your symptoms. Your healthcare provider may recommend a pelvic exam, blood work, imaging tests, or other diagnostic tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. Treatment options will depend on the underlying cause and may include antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, or surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

The symptoms you describe, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody show, and vaginal discharge, could indicate several potential health issues, some of which may be serious. Given your history of medical conditions, it is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment.

Some possible causes of abdominal pain and vaginal discharge include infection, inflammation, or injury to the reproductive organs, such as the uterus or ovaries. Other potential causes include bowels or digestive issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Given your history of bladder cancer and vaginal mesh complications, it is also possible that your symptoms are related to these conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
