What Causes Cold, Coughing And Shoulder Pain?
Hey so I have a simple cold coughing sometimes cough up mucus stuffed nose running nose. But I've noticed when I cough my backk and especially my left shoulder hurts really bad I just got the cough today and here withing the past hour its been hurting extremely? What's this mean?

it seems that excess or sudden coughing had produce muscle spasm and it may be painfull too.
it may get relived on muscle relaxants if required.
