OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Contraceptive implants have the side effect of irregular spotting and bleeding due to the effect of the progesterone hormone in it. You should also get yourself examined by an OBGYN specialist to rule out any local lesions in the cervix and vagina which are also the cause of recurrent spotting.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
