What Causes Chronic Productive Cough And Fever?
I have many of the symptoms for pneumonia including a cough producing flem, fatigue, and at times a slight fever 99-100 degrees. I have had these symptoms for over 3 months, but cannot shake them. Are their other illnesses that I could have with these symptoms?

From history it seems that as this problem is since long, it requires evaluation of your case.
You might require few investigations like,
1, x-ray chest,
2, complete blood checking like TC, Dc, ESR, platelet count.
3, if require sputum examination.
After all reports your treating doctor will diagnose your problem and go for line of treatment.
