What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Muscle Pain And Joint Pain?

I am 27. I have been chronically fatigued, and in pain for ten years. lots of joint pain, and muscle aches. Back pain also. I don t feel like I should feel this way at my age. I was reading symptoms of autoimmune diseases and have many of them. How would i know what is causing these symptoms?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, fatigue at this is usually due to deficiency of iron and some essential vitamins plus calcium.

In autoimmune diseases fatigue is one of the symptoms but you need to focus on basic causes like anemia and vitamins deficiency first.

So I would suggest you to take good multivitamins and calcium meanwhile get your blood tests for Anemia and Calcium plus vitamin D levels done.
