Hello, I was wondering why do I get chills , fever maybe whilst sleeping ? could the vaginal ovule I am taking now be the cause of that ? The doctor prescribed a medication for me to fight a yeast infection I have , it is in the form of an ovule Flagystatin which I have to do for the next 7 nights before I go to bed.
Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to spread of infection from local to systemic involvement and fever with chills can be related to primary infection you had been facing.
Drug related side effects seems less likely. For reassurance complete blood count as well as inflammatory markers may be done. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
