Afraid this will kill me or make me lose my mind.Feb. 15 2016 had total hip replacement. Great success, ended ongoing pain so long i d considered suicide or leg amputation. No more pain!!!! Hugggge blessing. However, silver compound in my healing bandage made me physically ill from the smell. Totally overwhehlming. I swore all 3 wks i wore it I could taste it. It permeated every room of my home.BY FAAR WORE PART OF MY RECOVERY. When I no longer had to wear it aft. 3 wks I was fine. Mar 21, I rec d plastic protective case for my i pad in mail. Opening pkge i was completely overcome w the strongest chemical plastic smell I have ever known. after a wk. i still suffer tightness in chest, headaches never known previously. I can t escape this overpowering horrific smell. I TASTE it as well. Makes my throat scratchy and I cough. I can only not smell it if I leave house. Husband cannot smell it at all. The crappy piece of plastic of course came from China. Is there any help for me? Can this chemical kill me? WE HAVE HAD BOX OUTSIDE SINCE THEN. IS THERE ANY SORT OF ANTIDOTE ? pLEASE HELP ME.
