What Causes Chest Pains With Headaches And Breathlessness?

Last Friday I felt dizzy 3 times when I got home I decided to take my blood pressure it was 98/63. I don t really know about hypertension since no one in my family suffers from it. Also on Saturday I felt a pain in my right side of my chest in which I had to gasp for air. After a few minutes I felt better. Today again I started with this light headache & the pain again in the right side not as severe as Saturday & I also took my BP which is 106/63. What you think it can be? I m a 45 years old female.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low blood pressure can lead to coronary ischemia, which can lead to chest pain.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and a 2 dimensional echo to assess the baseline cardiac reserve.Treadmill testing can lead to detect any exercise ischemia of the myocardium.Adequate hydration with 3-4 liters of water can prevent the fall in blood pressure.Coronary angioplasty can repair lesions if detected.Inotropes like dopamine can increase the blood pressure by improving the cardiac contractility.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
