Hello and welcome to HCM,
A couple of investigations are required before your ailments are diagnosed.
Frequent urination and leakage after sneezing or cough is suggestive of stress urination. However, infection of the
urinary tract can also cause stress urination.
This problem arises due to abnormality of the
urinary bladder voluntary muscles.
I suggest you to consult an
urologist and get a urine test done (routine and microscopy) for this problem.
Chest pain, cramping, swollen hands and feet, sleepiness all through the day, racing thoughts, headache and panic attacks are suggestive of a somatiform disorder.
I am of the opinion that you should
consult a psychiatrist.
I feel that there is some psychological cause for all these symptoms.
However, a clinical examination and relevant investigations will be required before a diagnosis is made.
Treatment can be given once diagnosis is made.
Thanks and take care
