What causes chest pain?

Hi, I have had pain in my chest area that seems to be pinpointed to the right side of my chest. It feels like a dull achy pain but it has lasted for about a week. It doesnt seem to be getting worse it just feels annoying if anything. When i stretch my body ecspecially my right arm i feel like the pain is relieved but when at rest it always seems to kind of creep up again. I'm a 20 year old male who has no history of cardiac or respitory problems. I dont feel sick, dizzy or naseua and i'm breathing fine at rest and during activities

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have only complaint of dull Chest pain...
Here it is mostly seems to be muscular strain like condition.
Cause might be any unusual activity , heavy exercise , heavy weight lift etc.....
Rest done with analgesic...
Brufen can be useful....
Avoid strenous activity....
Hot compress useful....

Also rule out gastric problem as they can lead reffered pain...like mainly peptic ulcer.
Excess stress also can lead Chest pain....

Hope your concern solved....

Take care....
