I have reviewed your query and here is my advice I recommend you to visit a cardiologist and do some examinations like an ECG, a cardiac sonography, a cardiac stress test and some routine blood tests. I don t know your medical past history or your family medical history but from what I read ,this may have to do with a possible cardiac problem ( pain after eating,chest burning sensation,heart palpitations,happening at the same time). I would insist to first exclude a cardiac problem,and only after doing that we can see if this is an esophageal problem or something else. All the best!
