Hello
As you mentioned that you are having burning sensation and taking antibiotics ( mentioned by you in your query ) from last two months . No improvement , all tests results negative. These burning sensation may be due to these reasons , these includes.
1 Peripheral neuritis due to many reasons but diabetes is one of them so please get in blood sugar examination .
2 Deficiency of "PANTOTHENIC ACID " is believed to have caused burning feet syndrome in many patients . This is scientifically proven that the deficiency of pantothenic acid causes burning sensation . Diagnosis can be confirmed by estimation of level of pantothenic acid in urine . This vitamin is excreted in urine and low out put in urine is an indication of deficiency .
3 The 3rd reason of such symptoms may be due to deficiency of B1 B 6 , B 12 , so get in few injection of this combination 15 injection Intravenous on alternate day . Usually I use this combination in my patient.
Hope this information will help you.
