Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

1st of all I am concerned about your numbness and burning sensation in your legs. There are so many causes:
1) Can be due to some pathology to your spine (disc bulge, spondylo arthropathy)
2) can be due to some nutritional cause (mainly vitamin b complex)

My advice to you: supplement vitamin B12. If not subsided, do X-ray LS spine AP and lateral.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Rishad T. K., Orthopedic Surgeon
