Your symptoms seem to be related to Acid Reflux.

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Lose weight
-Avoid foods known to cause reflux
-Eat smaller meals
-Do not lie down after eating
-Elevate your bed
-Quit smoking
-Cut back on alcohol

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
