What Causes Burning Sensation In Anus With Tingling On Both Sides Of The Waist?

hi I have been diagnosed with Prostatitis 12 months ago , I am a 50 year old male, my symptoms come and go, but in the last three days I have a burning sensation in my anus, burning tingling in both sides above my waist also in the backs of my thighs. my wife says the heat coming from me is unbelievable and I have been sweating a lot through the night
