What Causes Burning Sensation After Ejaculation?

Ive had an issue for a couple of years now on and off which has never been resolved. After i ejaculate weather its having sex or not i get a burning sensation when urinating then a tingling discomfort which lasts about half an hour afterwards. I have had urine tests which have alsways come back clear. Just wondering if urethritis herpes can be picked up in a urine test?

This are the symptoms of urinary tract infection. Herpes is too painful and associated with blisters. Blood test shows increase neutrophils and lymphocytes. You start vitamin C tablet as it will reduce the burning sensations. Drink lots of waters and do urine culture test. Lower abdomen Ultrasonograpgy to rule out urinary bladder pathologies.
Proper investigations will help us to find out the actual cause.
