I am 46 and have had three childen by vaginal delivery and my last one weighed more then 10 pounds. I have since had a problem with leakage which I was told was normal. I have irritated skin (rough bumpy skin)at the opening of my ureathra. I was told by one doctor it was just wet skin due to the leaking and to put diaper cream. This never took the rough skin away. I am not sure what it is or if I should see a Gyneocologist or Urologist
