What Causes Bumps On Penis?
Hi, I would like to know what the bumps on my penis are, they are painless and "goosebump" like. There are a bunch of them, mostly on the bottom of my shaft. They have been there for a while now. I had them before I had sex, and when i had sex it was only one time and I used a condom. The bumps aren't on my head though. Please help me.
