What Causes Bumps In A Straight Line Starting From Ankle Towards Knee?

My 4 month old granddaughter has a line of skin colored bumps in almost a straight line from her ankle to her knee. They are barely visible but can be felt when running my hand over her skin. It almost looks like ringworm, but it's in a straight line. Any insight would be helpful.

hi

thanks for your question? are the bumps in the skin or in the deeper tissues? can you email me a photograph?

it's difficult to make a reccomendation based on the information that you have provided other than for you to have your daughters shin assessed by a doctoring person who can order other appropriate investigations if required.

best wishes
