when i raise my arms there is a difference in the two armpits. both feel relatively the same but the right side looks like it is swollen or larger then the left. i dont really feel a knot or a lump i cant really describe other then it looks fatter than the other side and feels a little more pronounced. now this is at the top outer portion of the armpit where there is already a natural bump either its muscle or i dont know but its not as soft as down below toward the breast
