I have a 9 month son that doesn't have a know history of allergies who has recently developed a lot of small bumps on his chest and throughout the folds of his neck. The doctors say it is not strept. He does not scratch at them so I don't think they are irritable. He has had for about two weeks and they bumps seem to appear like black heads or are possible scabbing. What type of condition do you think he has? I was told eczema but I am not confident in that answer. He is 29 inches and weighs 21 pounds.
