What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Rash And Cuts Around Anal Area?

Hello. So around my anus and inbetween it has looked like its been cut in multiple places. Now I have a rash all inbetween my anus and diarriah. This has all been going on for about a month now. And now I have brown discharge a week after my cycle. What could it be? I don t have Insurance and unsure if doctors can help.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think you have yeast infection/fungal infection or contact dermatitis.
Exact diagnosis is made by examination and proper investigations.
other cause of brown vaginal discharge:
Vulvovaginitis, Trichomonas Infection, Urethritis, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, cervical/endometrial dysplasis, PCOS, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding/fibroid/adenomyosis

Advice are as follow:
1. Wash your vagina with warm water twice a day for two to three days
2. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
3. Salt Bath- Wash your pelvic area with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
4. Antibacterial/fungal talcs: apply candid powder
5. Keeping The pelvic are Dry (Not wet, clean well)
6. Wear pure cotton Loose Clothing
7. Also take antibiotic
Tablet metronidazole
You should use following single dose treatment:

1. AZEE 1000 mg (AZITHROMYCIN)
2. TINI 1 G (TINIDAZOLE)
3. ZOCON 150 mg (FLUCONAZOLE)

Clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone ointment if severe.
AVoid sex and douching till you get better
User safe sex practice
Use liquid based lotion that contain vitamin and minerals.

If not responds
Consult the gynecologist and undergo following tests:
Pelvic examination
Urine routine and microscopy.
Cell culture, ELISA, PCR and NAAT for STD screenings
Blood: CBC, ESR
