Hi,

Vaginal swab is recommended as you have fever or flu like symptoms and AST will tell need of antibiotics and take until Tylenol twice a day and if you are trying to get pregnant then hCG and USG is needed too [to rule out tubal pregnancy]. You cannot continue Natazia without gynecologist opinion its contraindicated as in your history now.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
