What Causes Breathlessness, Blotches On Limbs And Face?

I ve looked it up, ppl all have different reactions. For me i get blotchy on my arms hands legs neck and face depending on how hot it is.. i also have shortness of breath but it only seems to be if i drink again after a big night of drinking. But recently if i drink after a small night. Everyone said it s my blood pressure but according to my trainers i have emaculate blood pressure. I also thought allergy but i drink vodka wine and beer. What is going on? If i take a cold shower or sit under an cold ac for a while i will be ok. Is it a bad reaction because of alcohol plus the fact i live in south fl? Sometimes i feel is because i smoke while drinking. Also i feel it s brought on because I m nervous. Idk but if it s the fact that my liver can t process.... Id love to know maybe it ll stop me from drinking because i do have a bit of a problem. Thank you.

Hello,

Since you have a history of smoking and drinking, the blotches may be an adverse reaction. It can also be due to the side effect of certain medications that you are taking. Stop addictions (Marijuana, Cocaine, Cannabis, etc) if any. Take plenty of water, Take care of your hygiene, bathe regularly. Take antihistamines for relief. Get a complete medical check up done to assess the condition of your liver, heart and lungs.

Your treating doctor will do blood test, sputum/ swab tests, liver and lipid function tests, lung function tests, imaging tests (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc), You will be treated according to the pathology detected. Do not smoke and drink at the same time, as one is a stimulant & the other is a depressant, You will not know how much alcohol is affecting your body & it may put you to cancer risk.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
