What Causes Breathlessness And Intermittent Hot Flashes While On Warfarin?
45 male with shortness of breath. I just feel like I can never catch my breath or Get quite enough. Had a blood clot in 2010 and on warfarin for life. Suffer from hot flashes now and again and I m also always cold. Lately I have been feeling loopy and light headed. I am over weight, 270lb 6 tall

You may want to consider blood tests to check your thyroid hormone levels.
Abnormalities with these levels can sometimes cause cold intolerance or problems with heat.
A full blood count to check for anemia would also be important in light of the shortness of breath. An ECG and chest x ray would also help to evaluate the difficulty breathing.
