What Causes Breathing Problem And Pain In The Multiple Joints?

I have an elevated sed rate, CK (185), elevated CRP, BUN of 27, GFR of 40. Oh, and I feel awful. Trouble breathing, cannot feel legs (jelly legs) and pain in multiple joints, including right hip which isn't even mine, it was replaced in 2001. Dx with Psoriasis, Hypothyroid (Hashimotos) and MS. These should not affect my kidneys & heart. Not possible to have 4 autoimmune diseases
