As per your complain it seems that congestion in nose, and cold is the cause for breathing difficulty as the nose is blocked.. It seems to be due to viral infection or upper respiratory tract infection and there can be associated sinus infection leading to congestion.. The white stuff over the tongue seems to be due to yeast infection known as Thrush and reduced immunity is a common cause for fungal infection.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation, throat swab culture and x ray of sinuses can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done.. In case of viral infection you an be advised to take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen decongestants like Phenylephrine, anti allergics like Levocetrizine,mucolytics like Ambroxol, decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline along woth warm saline gargles, steam inahaltion and use a humidifier in your room.. In case of Sinusitis antibiotics can be advised along with saline nasal rinses.. For while stuff on tongue consult an Oral Physician and in case of thrust antifungal medications like Nystatin mouthwash and clotrimazole lozenges can be advised.. Hope this information helps..
