What Causes Breast Tingling With Soreness?

I HAD MY THYROID REMOVED ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO THE WEEKS AFTER THE SURGERY I GOT HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE OF LOW CALCIUM LEVELS . NOW I AM TAKING 1200 MG 4 TIMES A DAY BUT NOW MY BREAST HAVE STARTED TINGLING AND BEING SORE I WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD GET A PREGNANCY TEST?
