Hello,

Possible causes are like:
1. Panic attacks
2. Anxiety neurosis
3. Side effects to adrenergic drugs
4. Pheochromocytoma
5. Neuro endocrinal tumors

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Inderol 10 mg for one week. Please get it done ECG, serum electrolytes and urine mandelic acid test. Review with reports and consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
