What Causes Body Tremors And Severe Fatigue?

I m 74 yrs old about the last 4 yrs. it first started with RLS, then it went to making weird sounds and body was making movements, that s whole body movements and it can last for several hours at a time, at night I get extremely fatigued and sleep several hours. It has no pattern of occurrences. My dr. prescribed equip but it doesn t seem to help, I hope you can help me, sometimes I m afraid to go to be thinking they may start.

Hi,

You can also add Gabapentin to improve symptoms.

Limit caffeine, alcohol and tobacco because they worsen it.

Taking iron supplements, vitamin D supplements, can ease it. Also, yoga and exercise can help.
