What Causes Body Aches Along With Tingling Sensation And Headaches?

My entire body is achy and tinglie. I feel lathargic and my whole body aches and a massive headache. I ve not experienced this before. I have been under alot of stress, but this has been going on for 2 days. I can t even lay down because my body aches.

You complain that you have body ache with tingling sensation.This is may be because of peripheral neuropathy.

You have stressful condition more in last 2 says so generalize anxiety disorder may rule out.

Sometime vitamine B12 deficincey may cause body ache and weakness .Check your vitamin B12 level also.

Any nerve compression may cuase tinhling sensation in body.
MRI test can done for diagnosis.

Viral infection can cause flue like symptom like body ache etc.....
So do blood test for further diagnosis.
