Hello I am a 23 year old female and for about a year now I ve been having these symptoms that come and go. I ve seen a gastrologist where I ve had an upper scope done and a colonoscopy both tests coming back normal. I ve also had many blood work done, and all coming back normal. I had a ct scan done last summer but without the dye, so I was told it wouldn t have been accurate and didn t know if it was necessary to schedule another one. These symptoms come and go within like fifteen minutes usually, but throughout the entire day I am suffering from blurred vision and sometimes balance loss. I get these headaches where the room just doesn t spin I can t catch my balance and want to fall over. They re very scary. I will have heart palpitations and it starts with a heat flash almost going over my body and feel like I m going to pass out for a few seconds while I can t focus and blurred vision happens. I ve told my doctor this and he s mentioned panic attacks but I do not feel that s what they are. Sometimes with these symtoms I ll have the urge to move my bowels and then be real shaky afterwards. If I do move my bowels it is just a little bit. I ve thought before is it possible to lose oxygen to the brain that makes me feel like I m goin to pass out before I make a bowel movement? Could this be an anuyresm? When I was very young I was diagnosed with CRAPS syndrome, Chronic Reoccurance of the Abdominal Pain syndrome, but the doctors told me I d grow out of it. Now, almost 15 years later I don t have the vomitting symptoms but I do have IBS and these symptoms as well. Please help.
