What Causes Blurred Vision And Numbness In Fingers Of A 14 Year Old?

I have a son, 14, who is 5 11 and very healthy eater, super active, fit. Today he started getting blurred vision, left fingers numb, left lip and interior of mouth for short time. His head aches on right side. Felt better for 15-20 minutes and then the headache hit him again and blurred vision...the numbness is gone for now. He never gets headaches....could he have a migraine?
