General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, the urine in blood is likely to be due to injured blood vessel during intercourse.
* Till he meets his doctor:
- He should refrain from penile erection and intercourse.
- He should drink plenty of liquids.
- Apply a sterile dressing over the torn vessel.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
