What Causes Blood In Stools?

hi doc, i have been experiencing a blood coming in my anus after the stool was been fallen in the toilet bowl this is the 3rd day I experience on this, but I did not feel any pain on this,,but the bloodis always coming after finished my toilet,,What is the main causes of this I was taking a multivitamins maybe that is the reasons..Im 27 man, working in a stressfull and isolate environment..
